Blaine grew up in Buckley, Washington, where his love for music began at an early age. At just 15, he signed with Sony Music Nashville, launching a career that included three studio albums, eight Top 40 singles on the Billboard country music charts, and tours with stars like Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts and Blake Shelton. Blaine also co-wrote George Strait’s hit song “I Gotta Get To You.” At 20, Blaine moved to Nashville and connected with SEARCH Nashville, a ministry that profoundly shaped his life. After over a decade in the music industry, he joined the staff of SEARCH in 2012, where he has held many roles. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Ministry. A graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (MACL, 2018), Blaine lives in Ft. Worth, Texas, with his wife Sammie, whom he married in 2005, and their three children.
